Executive Search
Search is normally used when the position to be filled is of a confidential nature, or in such a specialised market that it requires targeted research.

Once we have taken the brief, we will agree a target list to be researched. This list will detail the markets and/or industries where you prefer candidates to be currently employed. We will then carry out confidential research into these markets to identify potential candidates, internationally if required. We do not use a database of candidates, but research the industry where you wish candidates to come from. This is our proven and successful method in sourcing candidates for any market.

We then interview all candidates identified through our research, wherever they are located, who have the qualifications and experience required. We will establish suitability, and brief them on the vacancy, and will at this stage also interview any internal candidates you may have. Our interviews are comprehensive, and we write detailed interview reports on all candidates we recommend for any meeting with you. We present these reports to you in person, or via email if you prefer.

We arrange your interviews and can attend these if required. We continue to offer support on the assignment until you have selected the successful candidate from the recommended shortlist of candidates.
On completion of the assignment we will present you with our detailed research report, which may assist you in further recruitment exercises, or as interesting data on the marketplace.
