Since 1990 Howe International Recruitment has achieved an outstanding reputation in successful recruitment for their customers in Manufacturing, and more latterly in the Service Sector. From the outset, the business was staffed with consultants who had spent many years in both recruitment consultancy, and business. They are still with us!

We remain small compared to many major consultancies, and that is intentional; we have never had the desire to be the largest business, only one of the best, and the most committed, in looking after the needs of our customers. Our customers agree that we do!

We are privileged to number some of the most prestigious Blue Chip and Fortune 500 listed companies amongst our customers, as well as smaller and still developing businesses, where often the requirements are rather different. Our customers stay with us and this means a great deal. It also means they are satisfied with our performance and keen to retain our services.

Disciplines we recruit for include Managers and Directors, in Engineering and Operations, Production, Quality, Programmes, Procurement, Marketing and Sales, Finance, Human Resources and Training. However, we are also asked to recruit for other positions, where our clients feel that our expertise can particularly be of value on a difficult assignment.
